SaraPath Diagnostics® Implements Cerner Solution
SaraPath Diagnostics® implemented Cerner's Advanced Barcoding & Tracking module (AB&T), for superior specimen tracking, specimen matching and improved patient safety. The Advanced Barcoding & Tracking module utilizes 2D barcoding technology to track and identify specimens through all areas of the laboratories. The new technology also provides immediate notifications of any possible specimen mismatches, to produce positive slide identification and matching of materials for improved patient safety.
