Medical, Dental & Vision Plans
SaraPath Diagnostics® offers a variety of medical plans to eligible employees who work on average at least 30 hours per week.
Dental and Vision coverage is available and are stand-alone plans, which may be elected without enrolling in a SaraPath medical plan.
Maximum benefits waiting period of no more than 90 days.
Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
The company offers disability benefits to employees who are scheduled to work at least 40 hours a week.
The company provides life insurance to employees who work full time.
Other supplemental insurance plans are available for purchase through SaraPath.
The company has adopted a qualified retirement plan commonly referred to as a profit sharing plan, with contributions made by SaraPath. Contributions to the plan are based on a formula using a combination of the employee's age, years worked and salary and benefits are fully vested after six years of employment with the company.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Employees are provided Paid Time Off (PTO) that may be used for vacation, personal needs and incidental sick time. Employees must be regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week to be eligible for this benefit. PTO hours accrue each pay period based on hours worked. Employees begin to accrue PTO after the first 90 days of employment. The rate of PTO accrual increases with service.
In addition to paid time off, employees regularly scheduled to work 40 hours per week will be paid for six major observed holidays.
