Paid Time Off (PTO) Employees are provided Paid Time Off (PTO) that may be used for vacation, personal needs and incidental sick time. Employees must be regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week to be eligible for this benefit. PTO hours accrue each pay period based on hours worked. Employees begin to accrue PTO after the first 90 days of employment. The rate of PTO accrual increases with service.
